A piece for string quartet as a 4-node network and the internet as an Echo-System [and the ionosphere?]. The internet will be thought of as a [perfect] resonant space. The string quartet will be dematerialized into the network and become a seed that will travel and resonate within the it, endlessly, or until complete dissolution. It will travel through the network with a viral behavior: travel through transformation, travel while being transformed. The seed will consist of a single event [public/private?] where the string quartet performs, generating the seed which resonates in three different spaces: the real space where the performance is happening, the virtual space of the network, the ethereal space of the ionosphere. The resonances continue until they disappear or until they exhaust all possible combinations (Pierre Menard/Funes/La Biblioteca de Babel, Borges) and reach the initial state again (El Ángel Exterminador, Buñuel)

The echoes and delays on the network are the manifestations of its physical reality. It’s the presence of the real world in the virtual world (Flatland: A romance of many Dimensions). The ripples of the network.
